I believe that painful moments are part of being human, although change is often necessary in order to live a life that feels sustainable, meaningful, and enjoyable. Therapy can help you make that change.

My clients often come to me with concerns related to anxiety, depression, uncertainty and confusion, life transitions and adjustments, low self-esteem, impulsive behaviors (e.g., substance use, self-harm), and suicidal ideation. However, there is no problem too big or too small. I have extensive training in treating a wide variety of mental health concerns with evidenced-based interventions and I am focused on tailoring those interventions to meet the needs of my individual clients.

Whether you are in search of relief, fulfillment, more meaningful relationships, clarity, increased joy, deeper insight and understanding, or something else, I believe change is possible and therapy can help.
